Buzzoid has been around since 2012 – a long time – and they claim to have delivered billions of followers to their customers during this period. We can’t verify this stat, but if they really have 1 million customers, there’s definitely a chance that they’ve hit this milestone.
Interestingly, on the About page, right under mentioning that they were founded in 2012, they claim that they’ve been offering followers since Instagram launched in 2011.

Again, we chose high-quality followers and chose the smallest package available.
Step #2: Add Your Instagram Account
You will add your Instagram username and have the option to change to higher followers if you like during the second step.
Step #3: Starting Checkout
We like the option to add more services during checkout if you want, and on this page, you’ll add all of your payment information. Notice it states delivery can take up to 10 minutes, which is fast.
Step #4: Upsell
Before completing your order, you’re met with an upsell to add likes for a discount, but we didn’t opt for this service. We kind of wish that we did, but maybe we will in the future.
Step #5: Order Summary
On the order summary page, you’ll see the number of followers you purchased and will be given an order number for tracking. You can also add a new order on the top right if you like.
Step #6: Receipt Received
Within minutes, we received a confirmation email from Buzzoid for our order.

And you can read the final receipt from our email. Everything looks good, but remember how it said up to 10 minutes for followers to be delivered on the original order page?
Well that 10 minutes has been revised up to 24 hours on the receipt.

But let’s look at customer service before seeing the results.
Customer Support 📞
Responsive and helpful customer support is important when doing business with any company. If you have questions or an issue, you want to know that someone will be there to put your mind at ease.
According to Buzzoid, they offer 24/7 customer support, which is technically true. You can message their support team any time of the day or night right from their contact page – but that doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily get a response right away.
We couldn’t find the option to live chat with anyone or even use a chatbot. They don’t have a customer support line either. Your only options are to send a message through their contact form or try to reach them on social media.
Guarantees
As a buyer, guarantees give you peace of mind that you’re not wasting your money. And Buzzoid’s website does mention a few things about a guarantee:
- They guarantee to deliver followers instantly (that may or may not be a good thing).
- If you’re not satisfied with the quality or delivery of the order, they will refund it – but only if your order hasn’t been fulfilled. Unless you have a crystal ball, you can’t know whether you’ll be unhappy with the quality of something before it’s delivered.
So, while Buzzoid talks a good game about guarantees, there’s a good chance you’ll fight an uphill battle trying to get them to honor it.

- Follower retention is low – we lost a lot of followers shortly after delivery was complete
- Customer support isn’t as responsive as we had hoped
- There’s no way to track the progress of your order
What Others Are Saying About Buzzoid
If you search for Buzzoid reviews online, you’ll find mixed comments. There are lots of customers who love and swear by Buzzoid’s service.
Others believe the company is a scam, or they weren’t impressed by the quality. We saw quite a few people complaining that their followers dropped off just a few days after ordering.
And if you lose followers after the 30-day mark, you’re out of luck. Their refill guarantee will no longer apply.
We can say first-hand that Buzzoid is not a scam – they do deliver followers.

In our opinion, the quality of their followers didn’t live up to the hype.
It was painfully obvious that our new followers’ profiles were fake or, at the very least, inactive.
Take a look at the screenshots below👇to see the “quality” of the profiles from our Buzzoid followers.
Notice any red flags?
- One of the accounts is private, and that account has zero followers.
- The other accounts only have a handful of posts, and the quality of the posts is poor.
- They are all following thousands of people, but only have a few followers of their own (or none).
- Their names are odd. They just look like a bunch of random letters and numbers stringed together.
Speaking of odd names, let’s look at the list of followers we received in the screenshot below.👇
None of these followers have realistic names. We also received all of our followers within just a few minutes of each other.
For a small order like this, the quick delivery time isn’t much of an issue, but imagine if you purchased thousands of followers and they all arrived in just a few minutes. That could potentially send red flags to the Instagram algorithm.
Overall, in our opinion, Buzzoid’s followers just don’t live up to the hype. We can say that they did deliver as promised, and there’s no question that delivery was fast. However, if you’re serious about growing your Instagram, you may want to look elsewhere for more realistic-looking or real followers.
