BuzzVoice Review: Features and Quality of Buying (2024)

BuzzVoice still has one of the best-sounding names in the industry, but what is the quality of their service? We wanted to try them out for ourselves to better understand the ordering process and see what types of comments we would receive.

And we have to say – we weren’t really happy with our order.

Don’t worry. We’ll get more into what went wrong further down in this review, but let’s first analyze the team behind BuzzVoice and figure out who was buying comments.

Who is Behind BuzzVoice?

BuzzVoice is run by a company called Brand Boost Digital Ltd, and they’re based out of Valletta, Malta. We couldn’t find the corporation linked to any other companies. As for how long they’ve been operating, the site seemed to be used as something else until at least 2017.

BuzzVoice lets you purchase custom, random and real comments, so we chose to buy 10 random comments, which only set us back $2.97. Delivery time on the main page says 30 minutes to 4 hours for completion.

Here’s how BuzzVoice works.👇

Step #1: Select the Type of Comments

You’ll start your order by selecting the type of comments that you would like: custom, random and real. We chose custom, and you can buy up to 500 random comments.

Step #2: Pick the Posts to Send Your Comments

The next page on the order screen lets you choose which posts you want to send comments, connecting to Instagram using the official API. We selected just one post to send comments to because we only bought 10 of them and wanted to test the quality for ourselves.

Step #3: Proceed to Checkout

The “proceed to checkout” page shows you what you ordered, allows you to add more comments and even enter a coupon code. Additionally, you’ll need to enter your email address to send the confirmation email to when you place the order.

Step #4: How Do You Want to Pay?

You can pay via any major credit or debit card, or if you want, you can pay through CoinPayments, too.

Step #5: Filling in the Details

Payment details must be added next, including the card number, expiration, CVV and a few other details.

Step #6: Thank You for Your Payment 💵

The order confirmation is basic, thanking you for your order and telling you how much you paid for the service.

Step #7: Thank You 🙏

And for the sake of being thorough, we also received an email confirmation with a nice tracking link that we could use.

Everything is ordered, and now, we wait for it to be completed.

Pricing and Features

Our random comments were delivered quickly, but we weren’t 100% happy. If you want comments like “nice photo,” you can try the random tier. Custom comments can be purchased, and if you do buy the real comments package, BuzzVoice claims that they come from accounts that have 10k followers or more.

For influencers, it may be worth paying the higher price for real comments.

How much will you pay?

The quality of a provider’s customer support is just as important as the service itself. If there’s a problem with your order, you want to know that someone will be there to resolve it.

BuzzVoice does offer support via email, but they do not have live chat, a chatbot or phone support. They do state that they respond to messages within 24 hours, but their team is not always that responsive.

Guarantees

BuzzVoice does offer a 30-day retention guarantee for Instagram comments. According to their policy, they may be able to redeliver comments at no cost, but this is completely at their discretion.

Their retention guarantee is the only guarantee they offer (or that we could find). As far as refunds go, they will not refund any orders that have already been completed.

If you’re unhappy with the quality of the comments that have already been delivered, you have no recourse.

For this reason, we highly recommend that you buy the smallest package available when trying a service for the first time. If the quality doesn’t meet your expectations, at least you’re only out a few dollars.

What Others Are Saying About BuzzVoice

BuzzVoice’s Instagram comments service has 635 reviews with a 4.9 out of 5-star rating on its website. But what about on other review platforms? 

We did some digging and found that BuzzVoice has pretty poor reviews online. On Trustpilot, they have a rating of 2.1 stars. Customers complain that they never deliver their orders, they deliver the wrong type of engagement and customer support isn’t helpful.

Reviews on other sites are equally poor. 

Needless to say, BuzzVoice doesn’t exactly have a great reputation online. But what was our experience like? Spoiler alert: not great!

Here’s the Quality of Random Instagram Comments We Received from BuzzVoice

Our Overall Rating: 2.0

After we placed our order with BuzzVoice, our comments started coming in after about 5-7 minutes. Unfortunately, we only received 6 of the 10 comments we ordered. 

And the quality of these “random” comments was pretty poor. Most were just general “nice photo” type of comments, and most had emojis.

So far, we’re pretty disappointed in BuzzVoice. But let’s do some digging to see what these profiles really look like.

The biggest red flag here? All of these accounts are private. The only advantage here is that our followers won’t be able to see their posts. 

Apart from this, it looks like these accounts aren’t really active. 

BuzzVoice, in our opinion, is mediocre at best when it comes to quality. The fact that we didn’t receive all of our comments is a huge concern, especially since we only ordered 10. If they can’t even deliver 10 comments, how will they deliver hundreds?  

The quality of the comments themselves, random or not, is poor, and most of the accounts that interacted with ours were private. 

In our opinion, you’re better off saving your money and going with a provider that has a reputation for delivering (or even over-delivering) orders.
