Refunds and Cancellations at SocialMention

At SocialMention, we offer services that are digital and irreversible, which means we don’t issue refunds once your order ḩas been processed and delivered. By completing a purchase, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.

Even though we’ve hardly had to, we do honour refund requests in special cases: 

Delay or Non-Delivery

It can be really frustrating when an order doesn’t arrive on time. This is exactly why we work diligently to ensure that you never have to face such delays. 

Still, if your order has not been delivered within the promised timeframe, please reach out to our support team within 72 hours of placing your order.

Once you contact us, our team will promptly investigate the situation to determine the cause of the delay. If the delay is caused by an error or issue on our end, we will immediately process a full refund for your order. However, please note that if the delivery process has already started, no refunds will be issued. 

Further, we want to emphasise that, while rare, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In these instances, we will keep you informed throughout the process and strive to resolve any issues at the earliest. 

Service Not as Described

At SocialMention, we prioritize transparency and precision in everything we do. We make it a point to clearly and accurately represent all of our services, ensuring that you have a full understanding of what to expect from us. 

If, however, you believe that the service you received does not match what was advertised on our website, bring this to our support team’s attention within 72 hours of making your purchase.

You are requested to provide clear and specific evidence demonstrating how the service has failed to deliver the expected. This could include screenshots, detailed descriptions, or any other relevant documentation. Our team will carefully review your case to determine whether a discrepancy exists.

Once we’ve reviewed the evidence and confirmed the issue, we’ll work with you to find an appropriate resolution. This may include adjustments, re-delivery, or, in some cases, a refund if warranted by the situation.

Please note that refunds will not be issued based on personal preferences, misunderstandings, or unrealistic expectations.
