SocialPlug makes it easy to find that they’re operated by a company called CB Solutions OU out of Estonia. Previously, the owner had operated 2 – 3 marketing agencies, dabbled in affiliate marketing and dropshipping, and had a strong background in SEO.

SocialPlug has been operating since only 2022, so they’re still an industry newbie compared to most of the other platforms that we’ve had the pleasure of using.

Step #1: Hitting “Order”

You’ll start by hitting “order now,” and you’ll notice that the page just says “members.” But this will change in the following screenshot.

Step #2: Selecting Channel Subscribers

When you hit the order button, you’re brought to a page where you can select your channel subscribers and other services. It’s one of the weirdest main services pages we’ve seen, but it works.

Step #3: Channel Link and Email

Your next step is to plug in your channel link and email. If you want, you can sign up for an account, but we didn’t choose this option.

Step #4: Paying for Your Order

You’ll need to pay for your order using either crypto, credit or debit or a Visa alternative method.

Step #5: Payment Details

You’ll add in all of your payment details before finally placing your order.

Step #6: Thank You

The basic “thank you” page doesn’t confirm your details or even provide an order number for reference.

Step #7: Email Receipt

Your email receipt has more information about your order, a link to download your invoice and also an easy method to view everything in your account. We didn’t have an account, and one isn’t required to place an order.

Pricing and Features

We made it through SocialPlug’s ordering process, and we want to note a few promises for the service and features:

But then comes the weird part. The company claims to have helped 100k customers and states they’ve been in business for 10+ years. When you look on the About page, they say they opened in 2022.

Small discrepancies like these are easy to overlook, but they lower the company’s trust and credibility with us as a buyer.

Customer support is available 24/7, according to SocialPlug, and they promise that they never use AI and that you’ll speak to a human within 5 minutes of placing an order. Reading through the comments, you’ll see some state that they reply in 2 minutes and others took over a month to have order issues fixed.

Are There Any Guarantees?

As far as guarantees go, SocialPlug doesn’t offer any. We couldn’t find any information about guarantees, apart from the “guaranteed members” that they deliver.

It doesn’t look like they offer any refill guarantees, and refunds are only available if they have not fulfilled your order.

SocialPlug has plenty of positive reviews on its website from happy customers who love its service.

But what are people saying about their service on other sites and forums?

We found one post on Reddit asking if anyone had tried their service. Most of the responses were positive, including the person who posted the thread and eventually placed an order.

On Trustpilot, SocialPlug has a rating of 3.8 out of 5 stars and 50 reviews, but there are some concerning complaints from customers.

Yes, there are quite a few positive reviews, but we don’t know whether they are genuine. What we do know is that these complaints are pretty concerning.

Placing an order with SocialPlug was quick and painless. We started receiving our subscribers shortly after they processed our order.

As you can see, we did receive our subscribers, but we noticed one concerning thing:

Most of them aren’t very active. A few were last seen recently, but most haven’t been seen for months. One was last seen a long time ago, and a few others have been away since February or March.

Inactivity was the first red flag, but let’s check out some of these subscribers.👇

Yikes! These profiles look empty. Only a few have profile photos. One is just named “5,” which is odd. In our opinion, these subscribers look fake. And even if they’re not fake, they’re not active, which means we’ve wasted our money.

Overall, we’re unimpressed with SocialPlug’s Telegram services. They claim their members are real on some pages, and on other pages, they claim they use ultra-high-quality accounts that are not detectable by Telegram. 

In our experience, neither of these statements is true. These accounts don’t look real or ultra-high-quality. If you want to expand your Telegram channel subscribers, you may want to look elsewhere.
