In our quest to find a reliable business, we came across E-International Business Solutions – a full-scale service provider for several platforms.

After thorough consideration with my team, I decided to use their services. This review is about our experience with them, which wasn’t satisfying.

Based in Maharashtra, India, their motto is to help up-and-coming businesses set foot and grow in the e-commerce world.

They claim to be equipped with the latest software, tools, and strategies to support e-commerce accounts. In short, they’re an all-rounder when it comes to retail account management.

Our Experience with E-International Business Solutions

E-International Business Solutions has an astonishing rating of 4.3 stars and several positive reviews on Google. This made us have faith in their services even more, and we sought them immediately.

1. First Impressions

We contacted them using the phone number on their Google My Business listing. They were impressive from the get-go, whether it was swiftly responding to us or resolving our queries.

After a detailed consultation, we decided to sign up for their e-commerce account management services and paid their fees.

2. Ongoing Experience

We were optimistic about the results, but with time, we noticed that we overestimated them. Here are a few key pointers we’d like to share.👇

A. Major Communication Issues

While communication was beyond smooth in the preliminary phase, the picture became exactly the opposite post-signup. Their team was almost always too busy to return our calls or respond to our emails.

They took days to investigate and address some of the simplest concerns. The prompt nature vanished out of the blue, leaving our team frustrated to say the least.

B. Ineffective Strategy

We were promised improved product listing optimisation and regular performance tracking. With optimal support, our sales would have increased as well.

However, the results were nothing but disappointing. They used generic strategies which we have tried as well. We also noticed that their methods didn’t align with our goals.

We followed up with them several times and explained the issues we noticed. They did try to make amends, but there was no improvement.

C. Unprofessional Team

During follow-ups, we noticed one thing: their team is too disorganised. Not everyone is updated about project details. I got two different updates from two of their teammates regarding the same matter.

Conflicting responses to the smallest information were a huge let-down. It felt as though they lacked expertise in handling projects.

D. No Transparency

One of the prime reasons we chose E-International Business Solutions is that they promised transparent charges.

They said that they were upfront with their fees and packages. We chose a specific package and paid for it completely, expecting there wouldn’t be extra demand later on.

However, with every follow-up, they demanded unforeseen charges, saying that a particular service wasn’t in the package but an add-on we could opt for. So, unfortunately, we’re bound to say their rate charts are misleading.

If you want to work with them, you should ask them about every package in detail to identify add-ons or be okay with shelling money without a care.

E. Unfulfilled Promises

They frequently missed deadlines. Several of our deliverables are still incomplete, and they have yet to respond to our follow-up regarding them. My team is still trying to get those done ASAP, but I have low hopes.

Final Word: Is E-International Business Solutions Worth It?

Seeking them has only caused disruptions in my business and peace of mind. I have severe doubts about their reliability.

If you need results-driven e-commerce management solutions, prompt responses, and effective strategies, I won’t recommend their services. There are far better alternatives in the market with improved communication skills, proven proficiency, and pricing transparency.

All you need to do is research a bit longer and be more sceptical while judging service providers. Stay cautious, and don’t repeat our mistakes!
